Welcome to Fitness First Training

Regardless of your age or current fitness level we understand that if you can move, you have freedom. Freedom allows you to engage in activities like playing with your children or grandchildren, going for a sunrise hike in the mountains, biking along the lake trail or the ability to work a long week and still have the energy to truly connect with your family.


Whether you have a home gym or little to no equipment, we offer 1-on-1 virtual training where you can exercise in the comfort of your own space. Whether your focus is strength, cardio, flexibility, balance, functional movement or a combination, we will help you reach your goals and most importantly instill confidence in your daily movement.

How We Work

- Meet and Greet -

First, we start with a conversation about you and your goals. 

Please be prepared to ask us questions too!  If you think we are a good match, we’ll get started.

- Getting Started -
We get everything set up for you! From forms, to scheduling, to getting you logged in, we make it easy.
- Your Session -

Zoom meeting links will be sent to your email address.  Your Personal Trainer will contact you a few minutes prior to the session if you choose to meet with Facetime.

Virtual Training

 Our virtual training sessions are live with a real certified trainer. No pre-recorded videos to follow, just your trainer personally training YOU. You will have the undivided attention of your trainer for your whole session.

Your trainer will contact you prior to the workout and let you know what you will need for each session.  We use Zoom and Facetime to conduct virtual sessions.


1-50 minute session: $55.00

4- 50 minute sessions: $220.00

8-50 minute sessions: $400.00

Partner sessions available upon request.

Annette Bowman, B.S., Certified Personal Trainer - Owner

Annette has trained clients of all ages and fitness levels with various conditions for over twenty years. She is truly passionate about helping you on your fitness journey.  She graduated from Indiana University in 1998 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and is an ACE certified Personal Trainer since 1999. 

Annette will help you define your goals and then create a unique and specific plan to work towards them.  Whether your goals are to move more, lose weight, gain strength, increase functional movement, balance, mobility, flexibility or any combination, she will help you achieve them.  Her positive, “make it happen,” attitude joined with her experience and talent are just a few of the attributes that make her invaluable.
